What is a wellness coaching session with Coach Tina like?
Each session is a safe, supportive space where we explore your personal health and wellness goals in mind, body, work and life. Coach Tina is trained by Wellcoach® evidence-based approaches. Combined with lived experiences, Coach Tina will help you identify the path to a desired future.
What’s the difference between the free consultation and a full coaching session?
The free consultation (15-30 mins) is a no-obligation call to be introduced, to explore your needs for coaching and see if we’re a good fit. We will discuss what is wellness coaching and how coaching can support you.
Full coaching sessions (60-90 mins) dive deeper into conversations around your current and ideal vision of health and wellness. Together, we will build long-term and short-term goals to boost confidence, health and wellness.
An ideal introductory to wellness coaching is designed to be 10-sessions taken consecutively weekly, usually broken down into:
Week 1: Wellness Vision (1st session, 1.5 hours)
Week 2-8: Weekly Goals (8 sessions, 45 mins/week)
Week 10: Wellness Vision Review (10th session, 45 mins)
Everyone is unique and growing in his/her own pace. You are likely to see significant changes during the first 10-weeks. However, personalized packages are available for those who benefit from a more flexible structure over several weeks or months.
Sessions are designed to be taken consecutively for best results. Unused sessions will expire after 180 days from date of first purchase.
Is this therapy or mental health counseling?
No. Wellness coaching focuses on the present and future with goal-setting based on personal empowerment. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're in crisis or in need of clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly via the booking page by selecting your preferred date and time. You'll receive a confirmation email with details.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours in advance to the scheduled session by using the link in your confirmation email.
Please note that cancellations are not permitted. If you do not attend your scheduled session, it will be considered used.
What time zone are the sessions in?
All sessions are scheduled in Singapore Standard Time (GMT+8). On the booking page, please select your local time zone to view availability in your time. Be sure to double-check your local time before confirming your booking.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are held remotely via Google Meet. A link will be emailed to you after booking. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
The completion of your well-being inventory is recommended prior to your first consultation (optional). Bring an open mind and you may also bring pen/paper to journal down notes.
When you book a time for the free consultation, think about what you'd like to get out of coaching.

- I want to improve my level of health, well-being, or performance in life or work.
- I am ready to take responsibility to make and sustain changes in at least one of the areas above.
- I am ready to invest at least three months to make improvements.
- I will be open and honest, and I will share personal information that is relevant to my health, well-being, and performance.
- I am ready to become more self-aware.
- I am curious and open to suggestions and trying new things.
- I understand that setbacks are normal on the path of change and necessary in order to establish new mindsets and behaviors.
- I will be punctual and responsive.

How much does a coaching session cost?
Coach Tina offers a free 15-30 minute consultation. Prices for full sessions or coaching packages will be discussed during the call, tailored to your needs and budget.
Do you offer packages or ongoing support?
Yes, personalized packages are available for those who want continued support over several weeks or months. These will be discussed during or after your consultation.
